Fully Funded Internship KYOTO University Amgen Scholarship 2025

Applications are now open for the 2025 Kyoto University Amgen Scholars Program, an 8-week, fully-funded summer internship hosted at Kyoto University in Japan. This program welcomes students from any field of study, with no GPA minimum and no IELTS requirement if studying in an English-medium institution. Running from June 6 to August 7, 2025, the internship offers interns a stipend, airfare, and free accommodation, along with the chance to work under the mentorship of Kyoto University faculty. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore Kyoto’s rich cultural landmarks, including its temples, shrines, and gardens. Internship Details

Research Areas

  • Have completed at least one year of undergraduate study by the program’s start date
  • Have at least one semester remaining after the internship
